This tool will connect with the MSN servers, and then check whether or not the .NET Passport address you specified can be detected as being online. Please note that many passport accounts are not capable of having their status checked. These accounts will typically never reveal an online status. We are well aware of this problem, and can assure you, there is currently no way around this as of yet. This is not a bug, it is simply the limitations of the MSN protocol.
